Shipping Regions
We currently ship within Germany and to countries of the European Union (EU).
Shipping Costs

Germany: €3.99 per order

EU (outside Germany): €6.99 per order
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.
Shipping Times
Orders are usually shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Delivery times are approximately:

Germany: 2–4 business days

EU: 4–8 business days
Please note that we cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the shipping provider or customs.
Returns Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

No restocking fee.

No items excluded from return (“Final Sale” does not apply).
How returns work:

Send the item unused, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase to the address provided by us.

Once we have received and inspected the item, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method.
